Using Advanced Search for Workfiles

To use Advanced search

  1. Click View > Workfiles from the menu bar. The workfiles Search screen opens.
  2. Click Advanced Search from the Workfiles search criteria panel. The workfiles Advanced Search screen opens.
  3. Enter your search criteria, and then click Search. The workfiles that match the search criteria appear in the workfiles Search Results pane.

Note: Status type values are All, New, Open, Closed, and Auto Closed. All fields in the workfiles search criteria panel are optional. Search screens display the last used search criteria by default.
